Riverside Park Playground Revitalization

About This Project

The Riverside Park Playground Revitalization project will transform the existing playground into a modern, accessible, and inclusive space for children and families of all ages. The upgraded park will feature new play equipment, accessible pathways, shaded seating areas, improved landscaping, and enhanced safety surfacing.
The project was developed using feedback collected from local residents during the public consultation phase. Construction is expected to be completed in Summer 2026.

Construction Impacts

During construction, portions of Riverside Park will be temporarily closed to the public. Nearby walking paths may have limited access while equipment installation is in progress. Safety fencing and signage will remain in place until all inspections are complete.
